Refund and Return Policy
Effective Date: August 23, 2025
Subscription Refunds
- 14-day “no questions asked” refund on new annual subscriptions if no feature has been used.
- Monthly plans are non-refundable after service period begins.
- Refund requests via [support@contractorship.com]; processed within 10 days to payment method.
- All subscriptions are managed only thru Stripe.
Service Failures
Refunds on pro-rata basis for verified app downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours.
Violations/Fraud
No refunds for accounts terminated due to ToS or fraud/misuse.
Cancelation
Cancel anytime prior to renewal to avoid new charges. No retroactive refunds for unused periods in current term.
