Accounts

Users must provide true and current info. Accounts may be terminated for violation or fraudulent activity.

Use

Lawful use only; no fake data, malicious activity, or abusive conduct.

Payment/Billing

Subscription fees are processed via Stripe. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination. Users can cancel plans anytime; features available until plan expiration.

Intellectual Property

All content & technology are proprietary. User grants license for content uploaded only for service use.

Limitation of Liability

Service is provided “AS IS”; no warranty. Not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may revise these Terms. Major changes will be notified in-app or by email.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada.
